I had an outside hose bib that started leaking just before winter. I called Whacker on Friday of last week(04/10/2026), and was advised that a plumber would be out to see me between 11:00am - 1:00pm. The plumber arrived well within the window, and surveyed the problem which turned out be more than replacing the current bib. He had to go into the basement and run a new line. The job was completed with no issues. The plumber cleaned up any debri that needed to be done. The plumber was also very pleasant and professional. I wish I could remember his name. I highly recommend Whacker Plumbing. My experience from placing the initial call to job completion was excellent.
